1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Land Area Calculator ("the Application") published by Apps Studio.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall the Application immediately and cease all use.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial utility purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Application.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
  • Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any advertisements or controls in the Application.

3. Disclaimer of Land & Inheritance Calculations

IMPORTANT: The land measurement calculations (including 4-corner calculations, triangular calculations, and unit conversions) and Islamic inheritance (Faraiz) distributions computed by this Application are designed for informational, educational, and preliminary estimation purposes only.

While we strive to ensure mathematical accuracy, these calculations do not constitute official land survey deeds, legal land records, certified valuations, or legally binding property partitions. Official land property boundaries, disputes, and inheritance transfers must always be verified and registered by certified government land surveyors, legal experts, or relevant state authorities in your jurisdiction.

You assume full responsibility for any actions taken or decisions made based on calculations generated by the Application.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, software, databases, functionality, designs, text, and logos within the Application are owned or licensed by Apps Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apps Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application or any results generated by it.
